Job description
1. Responsible for the formulation of work processes and rules and regulations of the department, and organize implementation, supervision, inspection, revision and improvement;
2. Participate in the company's production and operation planning and organize implementation;
3. Responsible for the formulation, implementation and review of departmental work plans and objectives;
4. Responsible for the decomposition and implementation of product production tasks to ensure that product production tasks are completed as planned;
5. Responsible for the assessment (identification, analysis, evaluation) and treatment (response measures) of departmental risks and opportunities;
6. Responsible for the company's plating capacity analysis;
7. Responsible for the execution management of product production plan, including the implementation and tracking of production plan, statistical analysis;
8. Responsible for production process control, including all aspects of surface treatment, inspection and water treatment, waste gas treatment and other processes;
9. Responsible for the management and maintenance of equipment in this department, including equipment account, maintenance, repair, etc. (including waste water, exhaust gas treatment, etc.);
10. Participate in the review and coordination of the "Product Related Requirements Review Form";
11. Participate in the management of advanced product quality planning (APQP);
12. Prepare the department's annual cost budget plan in accordance with the company's annual budget plan;
13. Under the condition of stable work quality, continuously reduce various production costs and provide product production quality;
14. According to the company's annual business goals, prepare the department's annual staffing demand plan, and cooperate with the comprehensive management department to carry out recruitment work to ensure that personnel are in place;
15. Organize the organization's annual training plan according to the company's annual business goals, and organize staff training in operational skills, work instructions, product quality, and process requirements;
16. Responsible for personnel management tasks such as trial, regularization, transfer, promotion, overtime approval, leave, resignation, dismissal, etc .;
17. Participate in the formulation of the annual performance management goals of the department; and be responsible for the second-level decomposition of the performance management goals within the department;
18. Participate in the operation of the first-level performance evaluation plan; be responsible for the formulation, operation, supervision and improvement of the second-level evaluation plan of the department;
19. The work distribution, rotation, guidance and supervision of the staff of the department;
20. Responsible for the cultivation and construction of the management echelon of the department to ensure the healthy operation and effective connection of the management team;
21. Responsible for organizing the implementation and supervision of departmental 7S management and on-site management activities to implement safety production;
22. Internal management affairs of the department (safety production, on-site 7S management, training and education, attendance management, performance evaluation, etc.);
23. Other matters assigned by superiors.
job requirements
1. College degree or above or equivalent;
2. Electroplating production management for 3 years or more;
3. Good document preparation, planning ability, management ability, strong organization, coordination, decision-making and innovation ability;
